Ingredients of Allo Anday
- 5 eggs
- Half kg potato
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Green Chilly
- Coriander
- Half cup oil
- 2 onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Water
- One large tomato
How to cook Allo Anday ka Salan | Potato Egg Curry
1)Take a cooking pot. Put it on fire. Add half a cup of oil to it.
2)Now add 2 onions. Onions should be small cut. Start to fry. When it turns brown then add a paste of garlic and ginger.
3) Through some water during frying.
3) Add green chilly instead of red chilly. It is your’s choice. Ok, then you can add now green chilly.
4) Now add one big tomato. You should carry on mixing.
5) Now add half a kg of potatoes. Fry them and add some water. Here the purpose of adding water is just to cook potatoes properly. Add water according to your choice. Do you better know how much soapy curry you want? You can also add 2 cups of water.
6) ok listen to me never forget to add salt. You will be thinking Why are we adding salt in the last? Actually, if we add in the beginning then curry colour will be affected. You will observe some blackish colour in this case. So, this is the right time.
7) Then add boiled eggs after cutting.
How to serve?
Pour the curry into the bowl. Spread coriander upon it. Coriander gives a very good taste especially when we add in the soapy curry. For better presentation near the bowl of Allo egg curry, put a plate. On that plate decorate the green chillies. It will represent that a spicy dish is here for you
