It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to you to share the story of my friend Muhammad Sumairi.
Muhammad, a physical education teacher from Gaza, has experienced unimaginable suffering and heartache, lost many loved ones in recent months and weeks, and is now determined to evacuate Gaza with his siblings’ children and hopefully some other family members, in search of safety, peace, and hope for their futures.
I am Steve, I am from the UK and I have been a fire fighter here for the last 28 years. I have known Muhammad and 2 of his 3 Brothers for many years now, and they are all lovely people that I feel priveledged to know.
I am now helping Muhammed to facilitate this fundraising campaign.
All funds raised, will go directly to Muhammad, to ensure that he and his brothers’ children are safely evacuated(God willing).
