Today I’m sharing with you a healthy and yummy breakfast smoothie. Which helps to lose weight. The blueberry oats smoothie is also keto-friendly. So let us start to prepare the smoothie.


  • 1 cup of blueberry
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 Cup of heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract


Take a mixture jar and add 1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond milk. Now add 1/4 cup of heavy cream, and add 1 to 2 tbsp of honey. You can add an additional 1 to 2 tbsp honey according to your taste. Blend until you get your desired consistency or if you like a slightly thin consistency then add 1/4 cup of almond milk. Lastly, add 5 to 6 ice cubes and blend them for a second.

Your healthy and delicious smoothie is ready and it is good as KETOGENIC WEIGHT LOSS . Serve a blueberry oats smoothie immediately and garnish with some blueberries.


Today we will make a super easy keto breakfast Avocado Smoothie. The Keto breakfast avocado smoothie is very healthy as well as tasty. Also becomes more nutritious and healthy by adding chia seeds. Avocado is the star ingredient in the keto diet. We can make many interesting keto recipes with avocados. So let us start to prepare the smoothie.


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp cream cheese


Firstly remove the avocado peel and take all pulp. We can take a ripe avocado which is easily available in a supermarket. Take a knife and cut it into two parts. Generally, remove the pulp with the help of a spoon. Take out the mixture blender and put one avocado pulp in it. Adding remaining ingredients, and add one cup of almond milk because almond milk is unsweetened. It provides a liquid-base smoothie. Almond milk is also keto-friendly milk. Now add 1 tbsp of protein powder with zero carbs. We have taken zero carbs protein of cookies and cream flavor. Which is sweet already. If you don’t have protein powder then add 2 tbsp of greek yogurt. Which helps the smooth texture of the smoothie. Hence, we are not adding any sweetness. Now add a half tbsp of cream cheese. Or if you don’t like cream cheese then you can skip it, Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds and lastly add 4-5 ice cubes. Blend all the ingredients

Take the serving glass pure the smoothie in it and garnish with coriander leaf. Sweet and tasty avocado smoothie is ready. This smoothie is a low-carb satisfying smoothie.   • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp of cream flavor protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of low-fat crushed cookies
  • half tbsp of coconut powder


Add 1 cup of coconut milk to a mixing jar or you can use almond milk as per your taste. Add 1 cocoa powder, add 2 tbsp of low-fat crushed cookies, and cream flavor protein powder. If you don’t have protein powder then add 1 tbsp of pure honey, and add 1 tbsp of unsweetened desiccated coconut powder. Add some ice cubes. Cover the jar and blend it well.

  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt


Take a blender and put all ingredients in the blender one by one. Firstly wash and cut the strawberries into two pieces. Fresh strawberries enhance the taste of this smoothie. So you must prefer fresh strawberries. Then add 1 cup of almond milk. You can have coconut milk or any other low-carb milk as per your taste and availability. You must be like the strawberries and mint leaves combination. This makes your smoothie refreshing. Add stevia for sweetness and if you are adding any other flavored ingredients then you can adjust the quantity of stevia accordingly. Then add 4 ice cubes, and add 2 tbsp of greek yogurt adding a creamy texture to the smoothie. cover the blender and blend until it becomes a smoothie
