Today we make a Singapore rice noodle at home, and I’m a go to show you how to cook it. ruther then you look out our take it.


  • half kg chicken (boneless)
  • 3 tbsps oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soya source
  • half tbsp red chili
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper


First, prepare chicken curry on high flame. Take a nonstick pan. Add 3 tablespoons of oil then again half a kg of chicken, add 1 tablespoon of garlic, add 1 tablespoon of garlic mixed it until the chicken color completely changes white color and the ginger and garlic smell completely dissolved. Add 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Then add red chili half a teaspoon, half a teaspoon of salt, and last but not least add black pepper. If you like chili food then add one tbsp hot sauce according to your taste. Cook for while until the chicken is completely cooked. If the gravy becomes thick then add 3 to 4 tablespoons of water and cook for 1 minute on a high flame until the gravy is ready. Put the ready gravy in a side.


  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger
  • half cup carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • half cup capsicums
  • 1/4 cup of spring onion ( white side)
  • 1/4 cup of spring onion (green side)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • half a teaspoon of red chili
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil


Take a pot to add 1 tbsp of oil, add ginger( Julianne cut) 1 tbsp, A Half cup of carrots (Julianne cut),1 cup of cabbage, half a cup of capsicum and add 1/4 cup of spring onions (white)chopped mixed it and cook for 2 minutes in a high flame. Then add1 tbsp soya sauce, add salt according to your taste or a pinch of salt, add black pepper half teaspoon, and add half a teaspoon of red chili powder cook for 2 minutes more. Now add 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil and lastly add the green side of spring-chopped onions. Take a bowl add all veggies in it and off the flame.


One pack of any kind of noodles. Firstly take a pot add a full jug of water, add 4 to 5 teaspoons of oil, and add 1 tbsp of salt. Wait for the boil. After boiling in water add a half pack of noodles and cook for 8 to 9 minutes until the noodles completely cook. Now stain the extra water of the noodles and wash the noodle with cold water or tape water. Stain the water and put the noodles aside.


  • 1 and 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
  • half a cup of ketchup
  • 2 tbsp of hot sauce
  • One pinch of black pepper
  • One pinch of Salt


One and a half cups of mayonnaise, add half a cup of ketchup and 2 tbsps of hot sauce. If you like spicy food then you can add double in amount of hot sauce. Add one pinch of hot sauce. You can also adjust the salt in it. If your sauce has already added salt in it don’t put salt. Before putting salt you must check first if required then add a little bit of salt. And last but not least add a pinch of black pepper. Now mixed it and put it into containers.


One cup of rice. Now wash the rice 2 to 3 times. And rest the rice for 15 minutes. Take a pot put 3 to 4 cups of water, add 1 tbsp of salt mixed it, and wait to boil. After boiling adds rice to it and cooks unit the rice becomes completely cooked. Stain the excess water and rest for a minute.


Tarka to enhance the taste. Take a nonstick pot, add 1 to 2 tbsp of oil, and add 5 to 6 green chilies. These green chilies a desired in the dish. Add garlic slices as desired also and lastly add red chili flakes. Cook for one minute on a high flame and the oil desired is ready. Of the flame Put it on the prepared dish and the dish is ready.

Take a serving dish, put all the cooked rice, a layer of cooked noodles, and a layer of mayo sauce. Now put all stir-fried veggies and a layer of chicken gravy, and last but not least add more mayo layer, Tarka also. Garnish with the green corridor. The dish is completely ready. Now you can taste your food.
