3 SIMPLE AND QUICK OMELETS RECIPIE

Today I’m going to share with you three simple omelet recipes. These omelet recipes are tasty and can be made in under 30 minutes. You will need extra virgin olive oil and organic cage-free eggs to make these recipes. So now let’s get started with these recipes.

AVCODO SPINACH OMELLETE:

This omelet is a healthy breakfast option and is also full of filling. This recipe serves 2 people.

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 tbsp of extra virgin olive olive oil

1 avocado

2 tbsp of chopped garlic

half a cup of capsicum

1 cup of spinach

1 tsp of salt

5 large size eggs

1 tbsp of black chili pepper

1 tbsp of chili flakes

METHOD;

Add egg, 1 tbsp of black chili powder, 1 tbsp of chili flakes, and 1 tsp of salt. Beat it well until it turns frothy. Take a pan and put it to the flame into medium to low flame. Add 5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, and 2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic. Saute the garlic for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns to light golden or aromatic. After that add half a cup of finely chopped green capsicum, and saute for a minute until it becomes soft. Add 1 cup of freshly chopped spinach and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and allow it to wilt.

Once your spinach is nicely wilted, add your prepared beaten egg mixture, and mixed it evenly. Allow it to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After that cover the pan lid and cook for more than 3 minutes. After that remove the lid and add half the avocado slices and wait for 2 minutes.

Your super easy and yummy tastes spinach breakfast omelet is ready to serve to transfer it to the serving plate and garnish with an avocado slice and cherry tomatoes.

BROCCOLI OMELET:

This omelet is a satisfying and delicious option for breakfast. This dish can feed two people.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup broccoli

1 medium chopped onion

3-4 green chilies

Half a cup of green onion

1 tbsp of black pepper powder

1 tsp of salt

4-5 eggs

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp of butter

METHOD;

Take a bowl and add 1 medium size broccoli, add 1 cup of hot water now covers the lidded bowl for 3 to 5 minutes. Stain the excess water and take out all the broccoli. Wash the broccoli with cold water after that transfer the broccoli to the cutting board and finely chop the all broccoli. Add 4 to 5 eggs in another bowl, add 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper powder, and 1 tsp of salt or you can also adjust the salt according to your taste. Beat it well until it turns frothy, Now transfer the finely chopped broccoli into the beaten eggs and add 1 medium chopped onion, or half a cup of green spring onion, add 3 to 4 chopped sliced green chilies, and mix it well.

In a heated pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter. 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Once the butter completely melts add the broccoli-egg mixture to the hot pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After that cover, the lid for 3 minutes make sure this time your flame is low heat, now place it on a plate and again place it in the hot pan again for the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. Cover the lid and fry it or cook on low flame.

Now place it on a serving plate. and garnish with shredded cheese or a pinch of crushed black pepper. Your broccoli omelet is ready for serve.

TOMATO CHEESE OMELET:

A delicious omelet is a healthy and appetizing morning meal. People can feed from any of these meals.

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 eggs

4 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

3 garlic lobes

half of an onion

1 cup of cheddar cheese

Half a tsp of sweet smoked Spanish paprika

half a tsp of chili flakes

1 tbsp of crushed black pepper

half a tsp of salt

METHOD;

Firstly finely chopped 3 lobes of garlic for the next ingredients we are gonna finely chopped half of an onion. Shred the cup of cheddar cheese and grab the 5 eggs, crack each one into a separate bowl so that way you don’t risk adding any shells when you add the eggs into the skillet, and also chopped 3 large size tomatoes.

Take the nonstick frying pan with medium heat add 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and then immediately add in the chopped onions and the chopped garlic lobes. Start mixing them around for almost 2 to 3 minutes. The reason why we added the onions and the garlic instantly and did not let that oil heat up is that way the extra virgin olive oil does not lose its flavor and it all seeps into these vegetables giving this dish an incredible flavor the secret here is you want to miss this continuously that way that garlic does not burn.

Once your onions and garlic are translucent then add half a tsp of sweet smoked Spanish paprika, add half tsp of chili flakes, and 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper. Now mix it well you wanna do this pretty quickly that way that paprika does not get a bitter flavor add 3 large size chopped tomatoes in it. Mixed this together until everything is well combined.

Once everything is thoroughly combined, we will cook this for almost 4 to 5 minutes you can get in there once in a while and give it a quick mix and add 5 beaten egg mixture and cook for 3 minutes on a low flame. After that add a cup of shredded cheese on the top of eggs and tomato mixture and cover the lid for almost 5 to 6 minutes. Check it once your cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked your tomato cheese omelet is ready to serve.

Transfer to the serving plate or you can also serve this omelet with this same pan. Garnish with a pinch of oregano and your omelet is ready to eat. You can serve this garlic bread or brown bread.
