HOW TO MAKE DONUTS AT HOME

I’m going to share your homemade donuts with you today. People like to have breakfast, and kids like doughnuts, and as such the mother of the child or doughnut lovers used this recipe to make donuts at home. Let’s begin the recipe now.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of milk

3 packs of chocolate

5-6 tbsp of oil

1 tbsp of yeast

2 tbsp sugar

2 cups of flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tbsp of salt

2 large size eggs

2 tbsp of melted butter

PREPARING METHOD;

We will prepare the yummiest and sweetest donuts at home. So let us start the recipe.

YEAST PREP:

First, we will yeast in a small bowl and add 1 cup of warm milk, not cold because yeast won’t active in cold milk, or if your milk is too hot then your yeast will die. Add 1 tbsp of yeast, and 1 tbsp of sugar and mixed it well until everything dissolves in the milk. once everything mixes together then cover it and set it aside for almost 5 to 10 minutes. After that check the yeast to see if the yeast will act or not.

This step is important because the yeast needs to be tested to ensure it is still alive or not and ready to behave in the recipe as intended. Yeast that is active and ready to go will make a great don’t and the yeast that’s past its prime will leave you with a dense donut that you probably will not want to eat. For Almost5 10 minutes check your yeast, when it bubble and froths because your yeast is good and ready for baking.

MAKING DOUGH:

Now bring a huge or large bowl, firstly we are adding the dry ingredients starting with the flour adding 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of salt, and mixed it well. Now make a nest and add 2 large-size room-temperature eggs, add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence, and 1 tbsp of sugar, and mix this mixture. Add 2 tbsp of melted butter mix it and pour in your yeast mixture. Gently bring the flour inward while mixing and make sure don’t make lumps in it add the additional 1 and 1/2 cups of flour and use your hand or mixer to form a good dough or if your dough is still sticky then add half a cup of flour to make a perfect dough.

After the dough forms, you will see it is too sticky don’t worry because all it needs now is more kneading. The first step cleans your hands very well and sprinkles some flour over the kitchen working surface. Transfer the dough to that surface and knead as much as you can not less than 10 minutes because it makes your dough perfect after kneading for some time you will recognize your dough is no more sticking to your hands, but it is still sticky, don’t dough have to be smooth and sticky so don’t be panic.

Bring a clean bowl and grease it and also your dough with a little oil and cover the bowl with foil paper or cloth. Place your dough in a warm place or you can place it into the oven because it is a good choice. let it rest for about almost 1 to 1/2 hours. and after 1.5 hours remove your dough bowl into the oven and see your dough double in size. It’s time to form the donuts using circle-size cookie cutters for perfect shape or you can also shape donuts with your hands. You can also youse a cup or any circular shape it totally depends on your donuts.

PREPARING DONUTS SHAPE:

Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and flat roll it to 1 or half-inch thickness. Dip your cutter into the oil for the dough does not stick to it. Cut all the dough in the same way, once your cut the dough remove the extra dough. Now take a small size cutter and cut the round size and make a perfect donuts shapes. For perfect donuts, shape place each one over a small piece of parchment paper and place it into the baking tray. Once you are done cutting cover your donuts. Let them rise again and let them rise for about 40 to 50 minutes not more than that.

FRING DONUTS:

Take a pot and set the oil over medium heat. Aside from setting a rack over try to place the donuts after frying. Once your pan oil is a little heated up then add 2 to3 donuts at a time. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side of your doughnuts that previously had a golden color and transfer them to the rack. Use the same method and fry all the donuts.

Decorated DONUTS:

Usually, for decoration, we use melted chocolate or cream cheese and dip the donuts in it. But on the top, you are using chocolate bars for decoration sneakers. Any kind of chocolate, ( dairy milk, kinder joy, bounty, etc), or maybe nuts and sprinkles. The 3 packs of chocolate are put into the bowl and melted in the oven for 10 seconds. Now dip the donuts into the melted chocolate and garnish it with sprinkles and crushed nuts. Your donuts are ready for service.
