High Proteins Vegetables

Protein is necessary for our body. We fulfill our need with animal-based food products like meat etc and plant-based food products that are high protein vegetables. Now our concern is just plant-based products. Yes, plants are the best source of proteins.

Directly, a question is arising in our mind how can plants form proteins? How do they have protein in them? We can also explain this answer in short lines but we will answer by going into depth about the concept. We will think that how an agriculturist can give this answer.
The detail of this answer is here.

You know there are two types of crop plants. One is a legume crop and the other is a nonlegume crop. Legume crops mean that such crops can make proteins. Because of their roots, there are some structures on the name root nodules. Into root nodules, a bacteria, whose name is Rhizobium * is present which can convert the atmospheric nitrogen into its utilizable forms which are nitrites, nitrates, and Ammonium. Then legume crops use these utilizable forms of nitrogen for the formation of proteins: *( by the help of atmospheric nitrogen a long chain of amino acids is formed then this long chain can form protein, we humans cannot inhale atmospheric nitrogen and although plants also cannot use atmospheric nitrogen directly they have rhizobium that is the reason we fulfill this need from plants ).

Plants make nitrogen and remaining extra nitrogen utilizable forms are still present in the soil and the soil is now nitrogen rich even after legume crops harvesting you grow nonlegume crops that cannot convert nitrogen into nitrates, nitrites, and ammonium due to the absence of rhizobium but they can use these nitrogen utilizable forms from the soil now they also have some minimum amount of proteins in them. That is the reason, some plants have more protein some have less although there are many other reasons. An agriculturist gives an opinion to use the phenomenon of crop rotation which means growing legume crop first and next time growing nonlegume crop.

Now, we have to know the concept, that plants have proteins in them and these proteins can use by humans by eating high-protein vegetables. Now, we will know which vegetables are high in protein and try to use them for our better health.
